Position: Project Coordinator for Construction Projects
Drive impactful construction projects as a Project Coordinator with Nipissing First Nation and The Miller Group. This role focuses on cost control, scheduling, and ensuring operational efficiency.

In this position, you'll coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth daily operations on construction sites. Your responsibilities include preparing documentation, tracking progress payments, and ensuring adherence to construction regulations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers efficiently

• Complete daily work records for each site

• Track profit margins and prepare T&M’s

• Write correspondence letters for government submissions

• Reconcile monthly progress payments accurately

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or related field

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

• Ability to read construction drawings with guidance

• Valid G or G2 driver's license and vehicle access

• Willingness to work flexible hours based on schedules
