As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing site operations within the commercial explosives sector. This pivotal role emphasizes safety compliance and personnel training, significantly influencing operational efficiency and customer service delivery. You will proactively manage maintenance and continuously improve site processes, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan site operations according to company safety guidelines
• Enforce compliance with HSEQ Performance Standards
• Train staff on safe equipment operation and practices
• Maintain budget, schedule personnel, and recognize achievements
• Work on Continuous Improvement Processes for operational enhancement
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of professional industry experience
• At least 2 years in a management role
• Experience with blasting and safety systems
• Knowledge of maintenance and training programs
• Ability to interpret and convey operational guidelines
