Civil Project Coordinator

Position: Civil Project Coordinator Opportunity
Location: West Nipissing

Join Ed Seguin & Sons as a Civil Project Coordinator, working from Sturgeon Falls or remotely. This role centers on the documentation and coordination for successful civil construction initiatives.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Project Manager about 50 hours a week. Your responsibilities will include preparing critical project documents such as schedules and safety information while tackling administrative tasks as needed. You will gain valuable insights into civil construction and surface mining projects while promoting effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare pre-start forms and information packages

• Assist with meetings, reports, and invoice reviews

• Develop proposed project schedules

• Read and interpret construction drawings accurately

• Help manage various administrative responsibilities

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in a related field preferred

• 5 years of relevant construction experience

• 2 years of estimating and coordination experience

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office required

• Minimum G2 driver's license needed
