Position: Ed Seguin & Sons Project Coordinator Role
Location: West Nipissing

Working approximately 50 hours a week, you will report directly to the Project Manager.

Your role will emphasize preparing project schedules, safety documentation, and assisting with administrative tasks. By understanding project constraints and highlighting contractual obligations, you will contribute to the projects' overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare project schedules and safety-related documents

• Review invoicing and assist in meeting preparations

• Generate proposed timelines for project tasks

• Read and apply construction instructions and specifications

• Collaborate on various administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

• University degree or college diploma preferred

• 5 years of construction experience required

• 2 years of estimating and coordination experience

• Advanced Microsoft Suite proficiency needed

• Valid G2 driver’s license required
