Deliver exceptional customer experiences this holiday season with LCBO as a Seasonal Customer Service Associate. Work in retail across Ontario while supporting customers from November 16 to December 31, 2026.
As a Holiday Customer Service Representative, you will serve customers through our POS/Cash system, ensuring an outstanding experience. Enjoy paid online training in customer service skills that help you guide customers through our vast selection of beverages. This role requires a commitment to outstanding service during the busy holiday season.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve customers using our POS/Cash system promptly
• Ask for donations for our Spirit of Sustainability campaign
• Participate in customer experience initiatives
• Maintain stock by receiving inventory and replenishing shelves
• Lift cases up to 40 lbs periodically during shifts
Requirements:
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
• At least 18 years old
• Comfortable working in a team setting
• Bilingual in English and French is a plus
• Available during holidays, including Christmas and New Year’s Eve
