FTE: 1.0 FTE (Temporary). Effective immediately for an indefinite period, but not to extend beyond June 26, 2026.

• Two-year post-secondary diploma in a relevant field such as Developmental Service Worker, Youth Worker, Early Childhood Education, or Practical Nursing (formerly RNA diploma).
• Experience working with students with multiple needs including physical needs, Autism, developmental delays, behavior, and anger management needs.
• Preference will be given to candidates with direct experience working with children with behavior exceptionalities.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
• Working knowledge and experience of behavior modification strategies.
• Knowledge of augmentative communication strategies.
• Experience using technology and digital tools and resources that support the remote learning environment (e.g., Google Classroom, Google Meet).
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Regular access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.

• Non-violent crisis intervention training would be an asset.
• French language skills would be considered an asset.
• First Aid training.
