Join Nipissing University as a Course Instructor for the Fall Academic Writing course, delivered online. This part-time role focuses on instruction and student assessment.
The instructor will be part of the Faculty of Arts and Science and teach from September 8 to December 30, 2026, engaging with students across 36 instructional hours. Key duties involve instructional delivery, evaluations, and providing availability for student engagement outside class sessions. Mandatory training and adherence to Nipissing University's guidelines are required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute all instructional and evaluation duties assigned
• Offer support to students during office hours
• Follow all applicable university policies
• Complete necessary training protocols
Requirements:
• A Master of Arts in English is required
• Experience in writing composition instruction is necessary
• Clarification of work eligibility within Canada is needed
