WSP is seeking a skilled Senior Mechanical HVAC Engineer to oversee HVAC engineering on mining and industrial infrastructure projects. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and over 15 years of mechanical engineering experience. Your focus will be to ensure design excellence, collaborate across teams, and guide junior engineers in their professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive HVAC design from concept to detailed engineering

• Create engineering documentation for high-performing HVAC systems

• Work with multidisciplinary teams for seamless project integration

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry codes

• Mentor and support junior engineers in technical challenges
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

• 15+ years of engineering experience in relevant fields

• Eligibility for Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation

• Strong background in HVAC system design and integration

• Familiarity with fieldwork safety protocols and practices
