Project Manager for Facilities - ONTC

Become the Project Manager for Facilities at Ontario Northland Transportation Commission in Englehart. This contract role focuses on managing diverse construction projects and team coordination.

This position requires overseeing capital projects and coordinating closely with internal teams and external contractors. Candidates should have hands-on experience in building systems, demonstrated project management capabilities, and effective communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct capital project management from start to finish

• Develop RFQ and RFP documents for service procurement

• Maintain timely communication with all stakeholders

• Monitor project schedules and manage budgets

• Administer contracts and ensure safety protocols

Requirements:

• University degree in relevant engineering or architecture

• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience

• Minimum of 2 years in project management

• Strong document preparation and planning skills

• G-class driver’s license with travel willingness
