As an Engineering Intern at Cementation, you will work closely with experienced engineers to deliver high-quality electrical system designs. You will be involved in quality reviews, code compliance, and engineering calculations, enhancing your practical skills in real-time. This role is designed for those passionate about contributing to the mining industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with electrical design calculations for compliance
• Participate in producing schematics for systems and infrastructure
• Conduct reviews of engineering designs and quality assurance
• Collaborate effectively in technical meetings
• Provide on-site support during construction phases
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent
• Eligible for engineering licensure in Canada
• Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft software required
• 0-4 years of related work experience
• Strong understanding of industry regulations is a plus
