EXP invites applications for a Civil Engineer role in the Mining sector, located in St. Johns, Brampton, Sudbury, or North Bay, ON. This position promises a blend of technical challenges and project management responsibilities.
You will work within the Mining team, contributing your expertise in civil engineering design across various stages of mining projects. With at least five years of experience, your tasks will include developing engineering models, planning field exploration, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will play a crucial role in mentoring junior engineers and overseeing project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute engineering models for mining assessments

• Develop site investigation plans and conduct fieldwork

• Review engineering designs and specifications

• Conduct construction quality assurance testing

• Assist in preparing cost estimates and technical documents
Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering and P. Eng. registration

• 5 years of experience in mining civil engineering

• Proficient in stormwater management and hydraulics

• Ability to interpret engineering design recommendations

• Strong analytical and project management skills
