EXP is hiring a Senior Civil Engineering Technologist (CET) to manage civil infrastructure and land development projects. You will lead the design and drafting processes while ensuring compliance with municipal standards and client requirements. In this full-time role, your expertise in civil technology will shape project outcomes and support junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce CAD drafting practices

• Conduct QA/QC for project drawings and documents

• Lead design initiatives using AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Facilitate project inspections and respond to RFIs

• Assist in creating tender packages and cost estimates

Requirements:

• Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) with OACETT

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and relevant software

• Experience in municipal and land development projects

• Strong organizational and communication capabilities

• Reliable transport for multiple site visits
