Cementation Canada is hiring a Senior Engineering Project Manager to lead teams in North Bay, ON.
This role offers a hybrid work model with significant responsibilities in mining project management.
In this role, you will spearhead major engineering projects in the underground mining sector. Your leadership will guide teams to ensure project deliverables are met while promoting a culture of safety and compliance. With 15-20 years of industry experience, you'll be instrumental in developing engineering processes that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitating project planning and execution strategies
• Engaging with clients and stakeholders professionally
• Monitoring project scopes using Earned Value tools
• Managing procurement processes and vendor relationships
• Preparing comprehensive reports to track project progress
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
• Minimum 15 years in mining or heavy construction
• Professional Engineer registration is preferred
• Proficient in InEight, Primavera P6, and MS Office
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
