Elevate your career with Besser Company as a Sales Support Engineer, where you will promote parts and molds and provide vital technical support and training to customers. This position is centered on hands-on assistance and efficiency enhancements.
Your role involves preparing service proposals and supporting clients during equipment installations, leveraging your knowledge of lean concepts to improve processes. This position requires substantial travel, up to three weeks per month, to provide on-site support and effective communications across customer levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales of parts and molds through customer engagement
• Draft service and parts proposals via the business system
• Offer technical training during and after installations
• Complete detailed service and technical reports
• Assist with new equipment installations and upgrades
Requirements:
• Associate’s degree in business or similar field;
Bachelor's preferred
• Experience in electrical and mechanical systems
• Knowledge of the Concrete Products Industry is a plus
• Willingness to travel extensively for three weeks monthly
• Ability to lift and perform manual labor of 100 pounds
