Mining Infrastructure Structural Engineer

As an experienced Structural Engineer, you will utilize your specialized skills and 7+ years of experience in the mining sector to inspect and design essential infrastructure.

Your role will involve coordinating with various disciplines and ensuring projects adhere to safety and environmental standards while meeting timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site assessments of mining infrastructure

• Design and analyze concrete and steel structures

• Create detailed drawings in collaboration with designers

• Prepare specifications and manage technical documentation

• Coordinate project designs with client and team input

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

• Minimum of 7 years in design for surface and underground mining

• Proficiency in NBC, OBC, and industry codes

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Familiarity with mining processes is an asset
