Hourly Pay: $35-45/hr

• Develop detailed 3D models, assemblies and drawings in Solid Works.
• Preform advanced FEA analyses and validate results with hand calculations.
• Conduct stress, thermal, fatigue and tolerance analyses to support design integrity.
• Prepare engineering reports documenting assumptions, methods, results, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (manufacturing, quality, operations) to ensure designs are feasible and cost effective.
• Participate in design reviews, presenting technical findings and defending engineering decisions.
• Support prototype builds, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers and technical staff as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BEng, BASc, or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Registered as, or eligible to register as, an Engineer‑In‑Training (EIT) with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO); progress toward PEng designation is preferred.
• 3‑5 years experience of relevant engineering experience in mechanical design and analysis.
• Proficiency in Solid Works, including parametric modeling and drawing preparation.
• Demonstrated experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools and techniques.
• Strong capability in performing detailed hand calculations for stress, strain and load analysis.
