As a Lead Hand, you will report to the Supervisor, Structures, ensuring high-quality standards are met while guiding a team of aircraft maintenance professionals. You will play an integral role in meeting the diverse needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee task assignments to the maintenance team

• Execute maintenance tasks on customer and company aircraft

• Provide training and technical support to team members

• Ensure compliance with maintenance policies

• Monitor safety of personnel and aircraft operations

Requirements:

• Valid ACA required for this role

• In-depth knowledge of aircraft structural repairs
