Drafting Technician with Lean Experience

This role requires technical drawing skills and the application of Lean methodologies to enhance workflows. As a Drafting Technician, you'll support engineering, production, and quality teams by creating accurate 2D and 3D drawings while focusing on continuous improvement. Strong communication and collaboration with team members are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate 2D and 3D CAD drawings

• Update and maintain engineering documentation

• Interpret sketches to create manufacturable drawings

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

• Apply Lean principles to improve processes

Requirements:

• Diploma in Drafting or CAD Technology

• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Solid Works)

• Understanding of GD&T and manufacturing processes

• Experience with Lean tools and methodologies

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
