Facilities Project Manager at ONTC

Join Ontario Northland as a Project Manager for Facilities on a 12-month contract. This role in North Bay emphasizes effective project management for crucial construction initiatives.

As the Facilities Project Manager, you’ll engage in comprehensive oversight of capital projects, ensuring successful execution from conception to completion. Your expertise will guide the preparation of detailed work packages and management of RFQ and RFT documents. Collaborating across departments, this role plays a vital role in ONTC's operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage capital projects from initiation through completion

• Collaborate with consultants on scope preparation

• Develop contracts and manage procurement processes

• Ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations

• Track project schedules and maintain documentation

Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering or Architecture

• 3–5 years experience with building systems

• Minimum of 2 years of project management

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

• Valid G-class driver's license required
