As an MTO Project Manager and Lead Bridge Engineer, you will focus on delivering significant bridge and transportation projects for the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario (MTO). This role requires strong client relationship management and business development skills to enhance LEA's presence throughout Northern Ontario. You will also lead design, conduct evaluations, and mentor a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver complex bridge and structure projects for MTO
• Mentor technical staff in bridge engineering
• Lead proposal submissions for client projects
• Manage client relationships and satisfaction effectively
• Monitor project progression and ensure quality standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required
• Minimum 15 years in bridge and structural engineering
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation necessary
• Experience managing MTO projects strongly preferred
• Proficiency in structural analysis software like SAP
