** As an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team, as a Recruiter, you are accountable for attracting, assessing, and hiring candidates for the organization. You will identify and leverage various recruitment channels and tactics in order to develop robust pipelines for their business. By building strong relationships, you will be able to partner effectively with their hiring teams, candidates, and partners to deliver a continuous stream of talent.
Education allowance for employees and family Post-secondary education preferably in Human Resources Minimum 3 year experience in high-volume recruitment required
Working knowledge of recruitment and selection and ATS Experience in proactive candidate sourcing Experience in healthcare recruitment is an asset Ability to multi-task and prioritize successfully in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment Superior customer service skills and communication skills
