Position: Redpath IT Business Analyst Role
Drive operational excellence as an IT Business Analyst with Redpath, focusing on efficient business systems and EDMS solutions. Engage deeply with data analysis and systems support.

In this critical role, you will support the Business Applications team by facilitating the planning and implementation of technology solutions. You'll ensure document control and collaboration across multiple business units while adhering to global operational objectives. Your analytical and communication skills will be pivotal in maximizing the value of business system investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support EDMS system enhancements and audits

• Collaborate across diverse engineering and IT teams

• Engage users for feedback on system functionalities

• Monitor key performance indicators for document management

• Prepare reports and recommendations for improvements

Requirements:

• Degree in business administration or IT field

• 5 years of related experience

• 3+ years in global software support

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion and EPM

• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
