Join Ontario Northland as a Hybrid IT Administrator in North Bay, where you will ensure efficient IT operations across various platforms. Optimize infrastructure and enhance user experience during your daily tasks.
This role focuses on keeping the organization's IT environment secure and operational by administering both on-premises and cloud solutions. You will play a significant part in troubleshooting infrastructure issues and maintaining network performance across various systems. Collaborating with IT staff and stakeholders, you will drive improvements that align with strategic business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve issues in hybrid IT environments
• Configure network systems, ensuring reliable communication
• Administer server performance, focusing on health and security
• Oversee backup processes and manage disaster recovery tasks
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for IT systems
Requirements:
• Diploma in Information Technology or a related discipline
• 2+ years of experience in systems administration
• Experience in network support and hardware installation
• Familiarity with virtualized and hybrid environments
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
