You will be responsible for defining business requirements and collaborating with diverse teams to improve software systems while leveraging your analytical skills. Your expertise will help shape effective reporting and support organizational decision-making through comprehensive data analysis and system evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet with users to define systems goals and issues
• Develop strategies for optimizing existing systems
• Prepare recommendations addressing operational challenges
• Manage BI report creation and system testing
• Conduct in-depth user training for new systems
Requirements:
• College diploma or degree in a relevant field
• 3+ years of experience in software implementation
• Proficient in Oracle BI and Power Bi for reporting
• Familiar with Oracle Fusion’s HCM modules
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Utilize your skills in system analysis and reporting to drive enhancements and efficiencies in HCM systems across the organization.
