Position: Field Service Specialist for ABMS
Join Dark Wolf as a Field Service Specialist supporting the U.S. Air Force in a cloud-based command and control environment. Utilize your software and system integration expertise to enhance interoperability and security standards for advanced military systems.

This role requires a strong background in large system design, software development, and configuration management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate extensive experience with distributed architectures and possess a current DoD 8570 IA Baseline Certification. Focus on achieving seamless operational maintenance, software upgrades, and compliance with military protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and upgrade complex operating systems and servers

• Coordinate software installations and enhancements

• Monitor system performance for optimal operation

• Ensure data integrity and recovery protocols

• Conduct regular audits of hardware and software compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of experience

• DoD 8570 IA Baseline Certification, IAT Level II required

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain TS/SCI

• Experience with ticketing systems like Service Now

• Proficient in Windows Server and Active Directory
