Shape the future of educational technology with the Nipissing-Parry Sound Catholic District School Board as an Information Systems Technologist. This full-time role emphasizes maintaining and supporting technology across the Board’s sites.

You'll play a pivotal role in troubleshooting and enhancing the technological infrastructure of the Board. With over three years of technical experience, your job will involve diagnosing hardware and software issues, maintaining endpoint devices, and delivering professional user support, all while engaging collaboratively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance through service tools

• Diagnose and fix issues related to hardware and software

• Manage installation and support of classroom technology

• Recommend tech solutions to improve service efficiency

• Document resolutions and service interactions

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma in Information Technology or related fields

• Minimum three years in a technical support role

• Experience in educational tech environments

• Relevant certifications are an asset

• Must hold a valid Ontario Class “G” Driver's Licence
