Manager of Business Intelligence at ONTC

Be a pivotal part of Ontario Northland's mission as the Manager of Business Intelligence in North Bay. Oversee KPI development and support data-driven strategies across the organization.

Reporting to the Director, Planning and Development, the Manager of Business Intelligence will drive the establishment and maintenance of KPIs that bolster ONTC's operational effectiveness. This role emphasizes the analysis of industry trends, fostering collaboration, and offering insights that influence organizational planning and compliance. Your leadership will be key in promoting a robust BI culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the creation and maintenance of performance metrics and KPIs

• Implement effective BI systems and reporting frameworks

• Analyze organizational intelligence needs and benchmarks

• Guide senior management with data-driven recommendations

• Lead a team dedicated to BI excellence and support

Requirements:

• Degree in Data Science, Analytics, or similar

• 3-5 years in business intelligence and KPI development

• Expertise in BI tools like Power BI and data governance

• Proven leadership and communication capabilities

• Experience with AI methodologies is beneficial
