Join Ontario Northland as a Business Intelligence & Reporting Analyst in North Bay, and transform data into impactful insights. Your work will fuel strategic planning and operational excellence.
You will engage closely with Network Planning and Operations teams to provide data-driven solutions that align with organizational objectives. Craft reports, dashboards, and predictive models using your strong analytical skills and tools like Power BI. Your contributions will help improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Integrate and maintain data accuracy from diverse sources
• Identify trends and opportunities in data analyses
• Create reports and scorecards for decision-makers
• Evaluate operational effectiveness through KPIs
• Collaborate on data governance and continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Diploma in Statistics, IT, or Business Analytics
• Must be certified in Power BI
• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence
• Knowledge in SQL preferred
• Ability to simplify complex data insights
