Drive efficiency as a Junior IT Business Analyst with a focus on quality at our organization. This onsite position demands analytical skills and hands-on testing to enhance business systems.
In this role, you will support the Business Applications team by managing production and project support for various systems. Essential responsibilities include generating reports, identifying system issues, and continually improving quality assurance practices across projects. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, your analytical and problem-solving expertise will be pivotal in ensuring product reliability and effectiveness before deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive test cases and scenarios for Zephyr
• Execute manual testing for new implementations and upgrades
• Validate business requirements and technical specifications
• Document and track software defects collaborating with support teams
• Prepare status reports on testing metrics and outcomes
Requirements:
• College diploma or degree in business administration or IT
• 2+ years as a Business Analyst, QA Analyst, or similar role
• Familiarity with QA methodologies and Agile
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Zephyr, or similar tools
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
