Schedule: Monday to Friday; 5:00pm to 12:00am, with one alternating weekend rotation every second weekend or monthly.

Salary: $25 to $27 per hour + Benefits + Cell Phone Allowance + Company Vehicle during Shifts!

BINX Professional Cleaning is seeking an Evening Operations Supervisor to lead our evening cleaning teams throughout North Bay. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for training staff, conducting quality inspections, supporting customers, and ensuring our teams consistently deliver exceptional service.

We are looking to hire one full‑time Evening Operations Supervisor.

This position is ideal for an experienced cleaner who is ready to take the next step into leadership and operations management.

A valid G driver's license and reliable personal vehicle are required. A company vehicle is provided for most daily operations; however, occasional use of a personal vehicle may be required and mileage is reimbursed.
You clean Criminal Record is required.

• Train and coach employees.

• Previous cleaning experience required.
• Previous supervisory, leadership, training, or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

• Responsible for company keys and access codes.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Adaptable to changing schedules and priorities.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, stretching, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
• Available to work evenings and scheduled weekends.
• Organized and able to follow a schedule.
