As a Senior Service Technician, you will oversee the repair and maintenance of hydraulic and fluid power systems while providing mentorship to less experienced technicians. You are expected to disassemble and inspect components, design and fabricate parts, and ensure proper performance through rigorous testing. Additionally, customer relationship building will play a vital role in this position's success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Repair and maintain hydraulic and fluid power systems
• Disassemble and clean system components for inspection
• Fabricate and weld parts necessary for repairs
• Test equipment performance before shipment and storage
• Educate customers on service details and handle inquiries
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum five years of relevant experience
• Strong mechanical skills and familiarity with hydraulic schematics
• Effective communication skills with customers
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
