NMT seeks a dedicated painter with a minimum of two years’ experience in an industrial environment. This role emphasizes hands-on experience with industrial painting processes and quality standards. Key responsibilities include preparing surfaces, applying durable coatings, and ensuring compliance with quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete thorough paint preparation and application tasks
• Operate and maintain spray-painting equipment and tools
• Monitor curing processes and inspect finished work quality
• Safely handle paints, solvents, and related materials
• Provide production support and assist with training new staff
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years industrial painting experience
• Strong understanding of coating applications and surface prep
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret instructions
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• High School Diploma required
