Pediatric Home Care Nurse

Support infants transitioning from hospital as a Pediatric Home Care Nurse with Living Grace Home Care & Wellness in North Bay, Ontario. Experience one-on-one nursing that makes a real difference.

Living Grace Home Care & Wellness Inc. is looking for compassionate Registered Nurses or Registered Practical Nurses for full-time and part-time roles focusing on pediatric care. This position requires strong assessment and documentation skills while offering care in a family-centered environment. Nurses will also manage medical supplies and provide education to families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tracheostomy care and respiratory support

• Administer G-tube feeds and medications

• Monitor vital signs and conduct ongoing assessments

• Educate families about care procedures

• Collaborate with healthcare teams and family

Requirements:

• RN or RPN in good standing with the CNO

• Current CPR certification and Vulnerable Sector Check

• Ability to work independently in a home setting

• Strong communication and assessment skills

• 1 year of pediatric experience preferred
