Community nurse - visiting nurse

We are looking for RNs and RPNs who desire great flexibility in their schedules. This is a Full‑Time position in the North Bay area.

- Registered Nurses (RN):
Hourly range $29.90 to $44.16; general visit rate $29.32 to $43.28 - Registered Practical Nurses (RPN):
Hourly range $23.37 to $28.74; general visit rate $23.37 to $28.74
The Role Involves
- Developing and maintaining an effective Care Plan with respect to Community Health Services, independently or in cooperation with the Ontario Health at Home
- Working with patients (both in‑person and virtually) to provide exceptional nursing services
- Providing services in a variety of settings which may include in‑home, clinic, retirement home or school
- Communicating and liaising with patients, family members and others within the interdisciplinary care team
- Performing other clinical duties as required
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma
- Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing
- A strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of our patients
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- A valid driver’s license and vehicle as regular travel is required
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- CPR Certification
- Current immunization record including 2‑step TB test
- To protect our patients, we require a current vulnerable sector check and a clear background check
