Pediatric Home Care Nurse – North Bay / Callander, Ontario

Living Grace Home Care & Wellness Inc. is seeking compassionate, dependable, and confident nurses to join a growing pediatric home care team supporting medically complex infants transitioning home from hospital.

This is a unique chance to provide one‑on‑one nursing care in a family‑centered environment while making a meaningful difference in a child’s life.

• Overnight Shifts Available – 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Full‑Time and Part‑Time Opportunities Available

• Tracheostomy care
• Respiratory monitoring and support
• G‑tube feeds and medication administration
• Suctioning as required
• Vital signs monitoring
• Ongoing assessment and documentation
• Medical supply management and organization
• Collaboration with family and healthcare team
• Family education and support as appropriate
• Provide overnight nursing care and clinical monitoring

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
• Current CPR Certification
• Current Vulnerable Sector Check
• Ability to work independently in a home care environment
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills

• Pediatric nursing experience
• Experience with tracheostomy care
• Experience with respiratory support and monitoring
• Experience with G‑tube feeds and medication administration

Tracheostomy, respiratory, and G‑tube experience are assets but not required. Family‑provided training will be available for the right candidate.

$40.00–$46.50 per hour

• Are you currently registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)?
• Describe any experience you have with:
  Tracheostomy care, G‑tube feeds/medications, Suctioning
• Are you available for Full time or Part time?
• Are you able to reliably travel to the North Bay / Callander area for overnight shifts?
