Care Partners seeks an accomplished RN to join its Leadership Team. This role emphasizes the coordination of nursing services, developing Community Health Service Care Plans, and ensuring staff adhere to industry standards. Participation in the Branch Manager On-Call schedule is also a key component of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance and supervision to field Nurses
• Create and maintain effective Care Plans for health services
• Ensure compliance with the Regulated Health Professions Act
• Promote community services and maintain public relations
• Support health and safety initiatives in the workplace
Requirements:
• Requires a Registered Nurse (RN) degree
• Minimum of 3–5 years of job-related experience
• Must hold CNO registration
• Strong computer proficiency is essential
• Pass a Clear Background and Vulnerable Sector Check
