As part of our Leadership Team, you will supervise and coach field nurses while implementing best practices in Community Health Services. This role requires monitoring performance and promoting our services, along with ensuring workplace safety. Your expertise in nursing processes will guide our commitment to community health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise nursing staff and provide field coaching
• Create and maintain Community Health Care Plans
• Ensure adherence to the Regulated Health Professions Act
• Promote services and manage public relations efforts
• Guide workplace Health and Safety initiatives
Requirements:
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) degree and CNO registration
• Familiarity with scheduling and digital communication tools
• Comprehensive nursing process and case management knowledge
• Leadership qualities in team management required
• A vehicle is necessary for regular travel
