Community Nursing Nurse Manager

Care Partners is seeking a Community Nursing Nurse Manager to lead a dedicated team in North Bay. This full-time role features regular hours Monday-Friday and includes an On-Call rotation.
In this position, you will coordinate nursing services, develop care plans, and ensure compliance with the Regulated Health Professions Act. Your guidance will actively contribute to the promotion and marketing of Community Health Services, all while maintaining public relations. This leadership role plays a vital part in supporting both staff and patient health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coach nurses in community settings
• Maintain and develop effective care plans
• Monitor compliance with health regulations
• Promote Community Health Services effectively
• Ensure workplace health and safety standards
Requirements:
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) degree
• Registration with the Ontario College of Nurses
• Proficient in computer usage and scheduling software
• Knowledgeable in nursing processes and case management
• Willingness to travel and own a vehicle
