This full-time and part-time role seeks Registered Nurses or Registered Practical Nurses who are confident and compassionate. As part of our home care team, you will engage in tasks such as administering medication and performing suctioning in alignment with individual health needs. Your strong organizational skills will be crucial for managing both medical supplies and family interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct ongoing assessments and vital sign monitoring
• Provide tracheostomy care and respiratory monitoring
• Perform G-tube feeding and medication administration
• Offer family education and emotional support
• Ensure effective communication with the healthcare team
Requirements:
• Must be RN or RPN registered with CNO
• Current CPR certification and Vulnerable Sector Check
• Ability to work alone in a private home setting
• Strong documentation and assessment abilities
• Minimum 1 year pediatric experience is an asset
