Overview We are currently looking for a Nurse Manager to join our dynamic Leadership Team. The primary role is to provide effective coordination and supervision of the delivery of Community Nursing Health Services.
Responsibilities Provide coordination, supervision and coaching to nurses in the field.
Develop and maintain effective Care Plans with respect to Community Health Services, independently or in cooperation with Ontario Health atHome.
Keep abreast of policies outlined in the Regulated Health Professions Act and Community Health Services best practices and monitor employee performance.
Promote and market Community Health Services and maintain positive public relations.
Provide active guidance for workplace Health and Safety.
Required Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) degree.
Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
Proven computer skills, including email, word processing, and work scheduling systems.
Thorough knowledge of case management skills and nursing processes and practices.
Vehicle is required and some regular travel is required.
Leadership and people management skills are an asset.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
French language skills are an asset.

Additional Information Full‑time position with in‑office expectation at our North Bay office. Hours Monday‑Friday with participation in the Branch Manager On‑Call, including evenings and weekends on a rotational basis.
