Responsibilities:

Monitor nutritional intake and vital signs.
Provide health education to patients and families.
Consult with healthcare team on patient care plans.
Qualifications:
Completion of the Canadian Practical Nurse Registration Examination.
CPR and First Aid Certificates required.

Must be authorized to work in Canada.
