Overview We are currently looking for someone to join our dynamic Leadership Team in the role of Nurse Manager. The primary role is to provide effective coordination and supervision of the delivery of Community Nursing Health Services. This is a full‑time position based in our North Bay office, with Monday‑Friday hours and participation in the Branch Manager On‑Call schedule, which includes evenings and weekends on a rotational basis.

What
The Role Involves Provides coordination, supervision, and coaching to field Nurses.
Develops and maintains an effective Care Plan for Community Health Services, independently or in cooperation with Ontario Health atHome.
Keeps abreast of policies outlined in the Regulated Health Professions Act and Community Health Services best practices, monitoring employee performance.
Promotes and markets Community Health Services and maintains positive public relations.
Provides active guidance for workplace Health and Safety.
Performs other duties as required.
What You Bring Registered Nurse (RN) degree.
3–5 years of job‑related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
Proven computer skills, including email, word processing, and work scheduling systems.
Thorough knowledge of case‑management skills and nursing processes and practices.
Vehicle required and some regular travel required.
Leadership and people‑management skills are an asset.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
French language skills are an asset.
