In this dynamic environment, you’ll provide high-quality nursing care in the PACU, monitoring recovery for a diverse patient demographic. Leveraging your 2-3 years of experience in surgical and pediatric care, you will guide patients through their recovery processes with a focus on safety, communication, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and monitor patients’ vital signs post-surgery

Coordinate care with anaesthetists and surgeons

Conduct health education and support patient needs

Implement routine safety protocols and quality improvements

Collaborate with various healthcare professionals on patient care

Requirements:

Hold a valid Ontario nursing registration

Experience in PACU, pediatric, and surgical settings

Certifications in ECG, IV therapy, and PCA management

Commitment to ongoing qualified training

Bilingual in English and French preferred
