Position Summary
West Nipissing General Hospitalisseekingadedicatedandcompassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) tojoinour
Nursing Care Unitteam .The Nurse Practitionerfunctionsasanintegralmemberoftheinterdisciplinaryhealthcareteam ,providingadvancednursingcareandclinicalexpertisetopatientswhilesupportingthedeliveryofsafe,high-quality,patient-centered care.
Workingwithinacollaborativehealthcareenvironment,theNurse
Practitioner assesses,diagnoses,treats,andmonitorspatientswhileincorporatingevidence-basedpracticeandaholisticapproachtocare.
Thesuccessfulcandidatewillworkcloselywithphysicians,nursing staff,alliedhealthprofessionals,patients,andfamiliestooptimizehealthoutcomesandenhancethepatientexperience.

Qualifications
Currentregistrationingoodstandingwiththe Collegeof Nursesof Ontarioasa Registered Nurseinthe Extended Class (Nurse Practitioner)
CurrentIVTherapy Certification
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
Certification
Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Certification
