Emergency Nurse Practitioner

As a Nurse Practitioner at NBRHC, you will collaborate with a dynamic inter-professional team to ensure high-quality care for patients in the Emergency Department and peripheral clinics. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver autonomous healthcare and patient assessments

• Prescribe treatments and manage follow-ups

• Document clinical findings clearly in patient records

• Collaborate with peers to enhance patient outcomes

• Engage in quality improvement initiatives within the team
Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Nursing and current RNEC certification

• At least three years as a Nurse Practitioner in Emergency Medicine

• Five years in an acute care nursing setting

• Knowledge of cardiology, prenatal care, and chronic illness

• Bilingual in English and French is required
