Location: Powassan
Eastholme Home for the Aged is looking for a committed Registered Nurse in Powassan, Ontario. This full-time role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to patient care and professional nursing education.
As the selected candidate, you will practice nursing in a supportive environment, overseeing care for patients who require assistance outside of a hospital setting. Your responsibilities will include health education program delivery and supervision of other nursing staff to ensure the highest quality of care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver health education to residents
• Supervise the performance of nursing staff
• Provide necessary nursing care in a timely manner
• Consult on nursing practice issues as needed
• Manage various home care cases efficiently
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required
• Current Registered Nurse license in Ontario
• Fluency in English for effective communication
• Ideally possess prior nursing experience
• Must display strong organizational and flexible skills
