Pediatric Home Care Nurse – North Bay / Callander, Ontario  Full‑Time & Part‑Time Opportunities Available
Living Grace Home Care & Wellness Inc. is seeking compassionate, dependable, and confident nurses to join a growing pediatric home care team supporting medically complex infants transitioning home from hospital.
This is a unique chance to provide one‑on‑one nursing care in a family‑centered environment while making a meaningful difference in a child’s life.
Schedule   Overnight Shifts Available – 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Full‑Time and Part‑Time Opportunities Available
Responsibilities   Tracheostomy care
Respiratory monitoring and support
G‑tube feeds and medication administration
Suctioning as required
Vital signs monitoring
Ongoing assessment and documentation
Medical supply management and organization
Collaboration with family and healthcare team
Family education and support as appropriate
Provide overnight nursing care and clinical monitoring
Qualifications Required   Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
Current CPR Certification
Current Vulnerable Sector Check
Ability to work independently in a home care environment
Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
Assets   Pediatric nursing experience

Experience with tracheostomy care

Experience with respiratory support and monitoring

Experience with G‑tube feeds and medication administration
Tracheostomy, respiratory, and G‑tube experience are assets but not required. Family‑provided training will be available for the right candidate.

Are you able to reliably travel to the North Bay / Callander area for overnight shifts?
Experience  Pediatrics: 1 year (required)
