This full-time Nurse Manager position requires overseeing the delivery of Community Nursing Health Services. You will supervise and support nurses, ensure performance standards are met, and promote community programs. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead nursing teams through effective supervision
• Create and maintain care plans with Ontario Health atHome
• Ensure compliance with community health regulations
• Enhance public awareness of Community Health Services
• Promote workplace health and safety
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse (RN) degree essential
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Strong case management skills and experience
• Competency in computer applications
• Availability for travel is necessary
