Location: West Nipissing
Join West Nipissing General Hospital as a Registered Practical Nurse in Sturgeon Falls, Ontario. This part-time position offers flexibility and a focus on exceptional patient care.
As an RPN in our Nursing Care Unit, you will engage in a full-spectrum nursing practice, providing supportive care to patients and collaborating closely with a dedicated healthcare team. With shifts available during the week and on weekends, your work will directly contribute to patient recovery and comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver holistic nursing care focusing on dignity and recovery
• Safely administer medications as per hospital policies
• Assess, monitor, and document patient health diligently
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
• Educate patients on health management and discharge
Requirements:
• Current RPN registration with CNO
• Graduation from a recognized practical nursing program
• Valid BCLS certification
• Solid clinical judgment and communication abilities
• New graduates and RPNs with limited experience are welcome
Foster strong patient relationships in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
