Our team is seeking skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) or Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) for a full-time community care role in North Bay. You will work closely with patients, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality care and develop treatment plans. This position emphasizes professional fulfillment within your full nursing scope in a caring, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop effective Care Plans for patients
• Provide nursing services across various settings
• Communicate with families and health professionals
• Carry out necessary clinical responsibilities
• Offer care services both virtually and in-person
Requirements:
• RN or RPN degree or diploma
• Current registration with CNO
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel
• Excellent English communication skills
• CPR Certification and a background check clearance
